We ship all orders using UPS Online Services. We will ship orders within 2-4 days of payment. For US orders we ship with UPS Ground, UPS Standard for Canada, and UPS Worldwide Saver for all other countries.
Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We want you to be happy with every purchase. Please contact us and we will give you instructions on how to complete your return.
We will give a full refund (minus shipping and any other fees) if the items are received by Salsera Designs within 14 days.
Store credit will be issued for items returned within 30 days.
Items received after 30 days are not eligible for return regardless of the reason. After 30 days all sales are final and are non-refundable and non-returnable.
